Absolutely. We provide hands-on training sessions for clinical teams, including equipment setup, usage, and troubleshooting. You can schedule a training session through our “Book Training” form.
Standard requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Urgent requests can be expedited based on availability. Our team will contact you to confirm and arrange delivery or pickup.
Please report any issues to us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@veroluxmedical.co.bw. We’ll assess the situation and arrange for a replacement, service visit, or refund as needed.
